Taelor Bennett is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Master Coach, and Energy Healer. She is dedicated to improving the long-term health and wellness of others. Her many years of training, as well as her own personal journey, have equipped Taelor with the knowledge and tools necessary to help others. She is passionate in helping others of all ages and genders achieve and maintain their best health.
Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based approach to maximise one’s health potential through personalised nutritional and lifestyle changes. One size does not fit all…not everyone looks the same, so why should everyone eat the same?… Taelor promotes the benefits of whole foods for optimal well-being, as well as the therapeutic effects of particular foods and supplements for specific health conditions.
When Taelor is not helping others, you can catch her riding bicycles with her young son, traveling with her husband, catching up over food and drinks with a friend, or reading a non-work-related book…a rarity but something she loves!
Here are a few things that Taelor likes to share with others…
Both of her knees were replaced at 25.
She learned how to ski at Solitude in Utah which remains her favourite place to ski but now being based in England, she enjoys the convenience and beauty of the Alps.
Taelor trained in Pilates (mat, reformer + equipment) although, she has never taught it.
She aims to get her pilot’s license and hope to start the process this year…
And best of all…Taelor beliefs everyone is capable of healing which makes her a respected member of Lemon Bay’s team of global wellbeing experts.
