 Milka Hutna is a London based Yoga Alliance registered teacher, who has received authorisation to teach by Paramaguru Sharath Jois (SYC in Mysore, India).


Milka has trained traditional Ashtanga with world renowned teachers both in Europe and India. She uses her biology and anatomy background to bring a body-centric viewpoint to her teaching, recognizing the spectrum of ability levels and limits: the variation from person to person, from day to day, and from injury to health. She focuses on the connection of breath and movement and on allowing you to progress at your own pace, supporting and guiding you in your yoga journey.

Ashtanga is a dynamic form of yoga, connecting breath and movement into a mindful meditation. This healing practice will help you build strength, flexibility, and find balance in your body and mind.

The dynamic flow will be followed by relaxation. You will be guided through some meditation techniques to increase awareness and find wellbeing in your daily life.

Our founder, Beth, trained with Milka for many years.  Beth credits Milka for helping to prepare her for your own Yoga Teaching Certificate many years ago.  Milka helped Beth to strengthen her yoga practice, to bind, lengthen, fold and more with ease. Milka is a joy to work with on every level!
