Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Refunds & Rebookings

We do not offer refunds.  We kindly request a 48-hour rebooking or cancellation notice for all bookings including workshops.  Rebooking or cancellation requests made after 48-hours will be forfeited.  Private Coaching & Mentoring, VIP Intensive Day, Menopause Mentoring, Workplace Wellbeing and all services offered requiring deposits are non-refundable.  Menopause Mentoring deposits and 2-month packages are non-refundable.  Private Coaching Silver Package is a non-refundable 3-month commitment.  Private Coaching Luxe Packages are 12-Month commitment; the first 3-months are non-refundable.  Monthly payments and/or direct debts will continue until the 3-month obligation has been met.  The Luxe Package may be cancelled after the third month; however, payment will be expected for any services received prior to cancellation.
